This is a FOOD post for my friend Bonnie. She is always posting yummy food pics and recipes...so I thought I would give it a try...in much less detail and not as good as hers...any hoo:
WHAT IS THIS?

It is dinner, a spinach salad with fresh mushrooms, cantaloupe, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados and roasted pine nuts with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. (red onions would have been great but did not have any) Now I am going to go eat it.

wow Ruth! That looks GOOD! Very interesting combination! I never would have thought to put cantalope in a salad. I'll bet the sweetness of it plays well with the vegetables! I do LOVE fruit mixed in with a salad, especially strawberries, mandarins or blueberries. I will definately try the cantalope too! I really appreciate that you made a cooking post! awesome! I enjoyed it!
